Common questions
What actually is Innerscape?
A self-reflection tool. You answer an honest assessment, keep a short daily journal, and Innerscape uses that to give you specific, personalised guidance across seven areas of life — rather than generic advice.
Is my journal private?
Yes. Your data is stored so that only your own account can read it, it's never sold, and there are no ads or ad-tracking anywhere in the app. Your entries are sent to an AI provider to generate your guidance, and nothing else.
Do I need to pay?
No. The assessment, your Human Flourishing Score, the journal, and your dashboard are all free. Paid tiers add ongoing guidance and weekly reviews.
How do I cancel?
From the Upgrade page, anytime, in a couple of clicks — no email required and no questions asked. Cancelling stops future billing immediately.
Why does it say I've hit a daily limit?
There's a cap on how many reports and guidance pieces can be generated per day, which keeps the service sustainable. It resets every day, and paid tiers have much higher limits.
Is this therapy or medical advice?
No — and it isn't a substitute for it. Innerscape is a reflection and guidance tool. If you're dealing with something serious around your mental or physical health, please speak to a qualified professional.
Is there an age requirement?
Yes — Innerscape is for adults 18 and older only.

Something confusing, something missing, or an idea for a feature — all genuinely welcome. Innerscape gets better because people say what isn't working.
Refund policy
If something isn't working as expected, or you subscribed by mistake, get in touch within 14 days of being charged and we'll refund that charge in full — no detailed justification needed.
Beyond 14 days, refunds for a billing period already in progress are considered case by case; we'd rather sort out a genuine problem than hold you to a technicality.
Cancelling stops future billing immediately, but doesn't automatically refund a period you've already been charged for — ask us if you'd like that considered too.
You can cancel your subscription yourself, anytime, from the Upgrade page — no need to contact anyone just for that.
This policy is offered voluntarily and doesn't replace or limit any statutory rights you have as a consumer (see the Terms page for more).
