Terms of Service

The plain-language version.

Placeholder draft. This page is a reasonable starting point, not a substitute for a solicitor. Have it properly reviewed before relying on it with real, paying strangers — particularly the sections on the cancellation-right waiver and liability, which carry real legal weight in the UK.

What Innerscape is

Innerscape is a self-reflection and guidance tool. It uses AI to generate suggestions based on what you tell it — it is not medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice, and it's not a substitute for a qualified professional. If you're dealing with a serious health, financial, or legal issue, please speak to someone qualified in that area.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping access to your own email/sign-in link secure. You must be old enough in your own country to enter into this agreement (Innerscape is intended for adults).

Subscriptions and billing

Paid subscriptions renew automatically (monthly or yearly, whichever you choose) until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from the Upgrade page, which takes effect at the end of your current billing period unless stated otherwise.

Immediate access and the cancellation right: by subscribing, you agree that access to Innerscape begins immediately rather than waiting out any statutory cooling-off period, and you acknowledge that — as is standard for digital services delivered immediately — you lose the right to a cooling-off-period cancellation once the service has started, except as described in our refund policy.

Acceptable use

Don't use Innerscape to harm yourself or others, to break the law, or to try to extract, scrape, or misuse other users' data.

Liability

Innerscape is provided "as is." We do our best to make the guidance genuinely useful, but we can't guarantee any specific outcome in your life, career, relationships, or finances. To the fullest extent the law allows, we're not liable for decisions you make based on the app's suggestions.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
